Coffee#1 www.coffee1.co.uk have recently opened another of their award winning branches at 62-64 Sheep Street in Bicester. Coffee#1 are increasing their number of stores nationally and will also shortly be opening in Banbury and Buckingham; their first branch opened in 2001. White Commercial surveyors acted for a private landlord who bought the property (a former fishing tackle shop) and were then re-instructed to find a tenant. Both the landlord and Coffee#1 have carried out significant works to the building providing Coffee#1 with their well-known relaxed style and atmosphere.
