Chris White

Chris White, Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of White Commercial, has practised along the London to Birmingham M40 Corridor since the early 80’s. Chris has been based in High Wycombe and Aylesbury, Bucks, setting up a new commercial practice in Banbury Oxfordshire in 1988. He is a well-known commercial property expert and personality along the M40 Corridor.

Chris has substantial ‘hands on’ experience along the M40 Corridor, is extremely well connected with national and regional office, industrial and retail businesses/companies in the area.

He served for 11 years as Chairman and President of the North Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce, and is still acting after nearly 20 years as Chairman for the Cherwell District Council's Independent Remuneration Committee.

His areas of expertise along the M40 and M1 include Commercial Property Development; Site Assembly; Planning and Occupier Consultancy for Office Industrial and Retail schemes and the sale and letting of Offices Industrial and Retail buildings. Chris is well known throughout the industry for his ‘northern directness’ and sense of humour!

Chris has advised National International and Regional Commercial Property Developers, Property Funds, Property Companies and Property Investors on most of the development and the majority of the major Office Industrial and Retail Schemes and buildings in Bicester Banbury Brackley and the Northern M40 and also advising tenants and landlords in the Oxfordshire South Northamptonshire Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire region. the late 1990’s.

Chris is a proud ‘Teessider’, is a season ticket holder at Middlesbrough FC, has a real fascination for tanks (of the military variety) battlefields and is a member of both the Pillbox and Fortress Study Group!

Chris is also Formula 1 fan and acts for many F1 Teams and advanced Automotive Tech businesses attending The Singapore Grand Prix every 2 years.
