Chris White, Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of White Commercial, has practised as a Commercial Chartered Surveyor along the London to Birmingham M40 since the early 80’s. Chris was based in High Wycombe and Aylesbury, setting up a new commercial practice in Banbury in 1988. He is a well known commercial property personality in the region.
Chris has substantial experience along the M40, is extremely well connected with local authorities and companies in the area. He served for 11 years as Chairman and President of the North Oxfordshire Chamber of Commerce, and is still acting after nearly 20 years as Chairman for the Cherwell District Council's Independent Remuneration Committee.
His areas of expertise include Commercial Property Development; Site Assembly; Planning and Occupier Consultancy and Transactional Services. Chris directs the company’s commercial property agency and marketing team and is well known throughout the industry for his ‘northern directness’ and sense of humour!
Chris is a proud ‘Teessider’, is a season ticket holder at Middlesbrough FC, has a real fascination for tanks (of the military variety) and is a member of both the Pill Box and Fortress Study Group!
Chris is a Formula 1 fan and attends The Singapore Grand Prix every 2 years. Chris has been a guest of the Mercedes Petronas F1 Team where he had the opportunity to study the team trackside. White Commercial has an enviable reputation in the automotive technology and high-performance engineering commercial property sector, being situated in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley' near Silverstone.
