Central M40 success sees the development of 2 new warehouse buildings
Following db Symmetry’s successful lettings to Prodrive and HelloFresh, the developer and funding partner British Airways Pension Fund have decided to start building works on 2 new high quality buildings which will be available to rent or for purchase in the third quarter in 2017.
The buildings known as units 7 & 8 will total close to 175,000 sq ft on nearly 9 acres of the Central M40 development which fronts the northern carriageway of the London to Birmingham M40.
Unit 7 is to comprise 95,000 sq ft which in cludes 5,000 sq ft of offices, 50 metre yards and parking for 90 cars.
Unit 8 will total 79,750 sq ft with 5,500 sq ft of offices, 45 meter yards and 54 car parking spaces.
Both buildings will both be constructed with eaves heights up to 13.25 meters and to db Symmetry’s usual quality standard.
Central M40 also offers fully serviced development land where buildings up to 500,000 sq ft can also be built to suit occupiers specific requirements, with infrastructure already in place.
The site fronts the London to Birmingham M40 where over 600,000 vehicles pass every week and where 75% of the UK population can be reached within 4 hours HGV drive-time.
