The British Horse Society looking to ‘Saddle Up’ New Tenant

The British Horse Society, whose headquarters is based in Warwickshire, are to lease some of their quality office accommodation, based within their landmark designed premises at Abbey Park, within a site of 3.5 acres.

The building, which was opened by HRH Princess Royal in 2011, is of single storey design and was developed as a donut shaped building surrounding an oak tree.  The façade is constructed from natural stone with European Oak cladding and sedum used on the roof, the latter creating and eco system around the central tree.

The Headquarters boasts exemplary office accommodation with a range of facilities using natural and sustainable materials in its development and employs the latest principles and technology to save energy, reduce running costs and minimise the premises impact on the countryside.

White Commercial are leasing 2,725 sq ft of the 20,000 sq ft building, the majority being occupied by the British Horse Society. Further details are available.

Richard Newman, Facilities Manager at The British Horse Society comments: “This is a fantastic but quiet location, nestled in the countryside. With a light and airy office space, our building offers a modern, eco environment to support the working environment.

As a charitable organisation, The British Horse Society has a strong royal heritage, and we were saddened to have recently lost our Patron, the late Queen Elizabeth II who shared our love of horses.”
