Warren Bakeries’ ‘Project Bake’ looks to rise and grow with further stores following successful Bicester opening
White Commercial has acquired the first flagship unit for their clients trading as Warren Bakeries in Crown Walk Bicester – home of the world renowned Bicester Retail Village.
White Commercial Surveyors are looking to acquire a further 10 retail units under Warren Bakeries’ ‘Project Bake’ requirement, in the Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire regions.

“This is an excellent acquisition for the company and expansion
into the area. Our client is a premium artisan British bakery with
over 150 years of experience producing high quality products. We
continue to look for kiosks or retail units of up to 1,500 sq ft either
leasehold or freehold. Warren Bakeries’ preferred locations are
Banbury, Brackley, Chipping Norton, Daventry, Kidlington, Rugby
and Towcester however our client may consider others in these
regions.”

are looking into all opportunities to cater for our product, e.g. high
street store, shopping centre, kiosk and retail parks, and are keen
to progress quickly. Our opening at Bicester has been received
well and the Warrens brand is progressing well.”
