FILTA GROUP CLEAN UP WITH NEW PREMISES IN WARWICKSHIRE
The Filta Group www.filta.co.uk have expanded their business and taken new office and workshop premises at Brixfield Farm, Kineton in Warwickshire. Filta Group have been providing commercial kitchen services around the world to restaurants and other food establishments since 1996, with clients including Mitchell’s & Butlers and Tesco. Filta’s services are being recognised at the forefront by the food and hospitality industry.
Debbie Sarson-Lowe, Managing Director of the Filta Group Ltd, said “We are delighted to be moving into a larger and more centrally located building after out-growing our previous premises. Brixfield Farm is not only in close proximity to our head office in Rugby, but is also one of the most well-connected places in the country, allowing us to reach 80% of the country within 4 hours. I believe our commitments shown by signing a 6 year lease at Brixfield Farm matches and further emphasises our ambitions to continue to grow and become a market leader in our sector”.
Chris White, Managing Director of White Commercial Surveyors said: “Brixfield Farm lies in a rural location in Warwickshire and has good access to the M40. This has
proved ideal for Filta Group’s requirements and relocation from a number of their smaller sites. We have always had a good level of demand for this unit which has, in the past, housed motorsport teams.”
