HIGH OFFICE CONTENT WAREHOUSE/INDUSTRIAL UNITS TO BE MARKETED IN BANBURY

White Commercial Surveyors have been instructed by Chaldean on the letting of a number of office buildings in Banbury at the Canada Close Business Park at Marley Way, some of which have been built to provide light-industrial and warehousing accommodation.

The units range in size from 2,270 sq ft to circa 12,000 sq ft and are situated in a landscaped courtyard on an established trade park location (including Halfords and B&Q) and opposite the newly opened Banbury Waitrose store. Current occupiers on the Business Park already include Royce Lingerie, Stabilus UK Ltd and Vescom UK Ltd.
