HOWDENS HIT THE TARGET WITH NEW PREMISES AT ARROW PARK BRACKLEY

Howdens Joinery www.howdens.com, the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of fitted kitchens and joinery products, has taken a new 10,004 sq ft building at Arrow Park, Brackley, from owners Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP www.rockspringpim.com. Arrow Park is a new 8 unit 140,000 sq ft warehouse/ industrial development fronting the A43 dual carriageway with over 300,000 vehicles passing the scheme every week and linking junctions 10 and 11 of the M40 and junction 15A of the M1. The development forms part of a new 25 acre mixed use estate to include a new Sainsbury’s superstore, Marstons Hotel and healthcare campus.
