said “We have excellent occupier demand for Rockspring’s quality industrial development in this strategic and very prominent location between the M1 and M40 corridors. Howdens will be able to effectively and efficiently service its customers from this Central UK location. Their arrival is also likely to attract other ‘trade’ users to the scheme. We will be announcing a number of new occupiers shortly as we are receiving a good deal of interest in units from 10,000 – 45,000 sq ft!”
