New Distinctive Trade Park Development by Dunmoore for Banbury

20 March 2018

£½ million is to be spent by Dunmoore, www.dunmoore.co.uk, a privately owned property investment and development company, in the comprehensive refurbishment and development of a new distinctive trade park in Banbury, Oxfordshire https://whitecommercial.co.uk/property/marley-way-trade-park

Marley Way is one of the busiest trade destinations in Banbury, located just off Southam Road, generating over 110,000 vehicle movements a week. Current occupiers include Tile Giant, B&Q, Homebase, Graham Plumbers Merchants and Halfords, plus the new Waitrose food store which opened in January 2018.

New images of the refurbishment have recently been released by Dunmoore where units from 3,000 to 8,000 sq. ft. incorporating glazed frontages, open plan trading area, level entry doors, good natural light and improved signage to the estate.

Andrew Scott, Investment Surveyor at Dunmoore, comments: “We are shortly to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the buildings at Marley Way which are ideal for trade counter users who can benefit from this excellent and recognised trading/retailing area in Banbury and opposite the new Banbury Waitrose Superstore”.

Chris White, Managing Director at White Commercial Surveyors, comments: “The refurbishment of these industrial units to provide distinctive trade counter units in the unit will provide a much needed scheme for trade use occupiers in Banbury – which as most commentators will be aware is a fast and expanding region.”

White Commercial and Rapleys have been retained by Dunmoore to find tenants for the scheme.
