Harvey is a central figure in the M40 and M1 transactional team at White Commercial Surveyors M40 Banbury office and heads the team with Chris White advising on all general practice office industrial and retail agency matters and commercial property development along the London to Birmingham M40 Corridor.
Harvey has substantial ‘hands on’ experience along the M40, is extremely well connected with national and regional office, industrial and retail businesses/companies in the M40 Corridor.
His areas of expertise include occupier consultancy and the letting and sale of office, industrial and retail schemes and buildings.
Harvey has also been awarded an RICS Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and has advised national, international and regional commercial property developers, property funds, property companies and property investors on the majority of the major office industrial and retail schemes and buildings in Bicester, Banbury, Brackley and the Northern M40, whilst advising landlords and tenants in the Oxfordshire, South Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire region since his appointment in 2014.
His reliable knowledge, experience, attention for detail; coupled with his straight-forward approach is well respected by both clients and occupiers alike.
Outside of the workplace, Harvey is an avid gaming enthusiast, supports and watches every game of his favourite football team Middlesbrough and also has an interest in Military History, having toured many battlefields across Europe and the Eastern Front.
