Harvey is a ‘central figure’ in the transactional team at White Commercial Surveyors, assisting Chris White and the team with all general practice agency and valuation work along the London to Birmingham M40 Corridor.
Harvey is responsible for regional inspections; responding to enquiries; and acting for both landlords and tenants in the sale, lease and acquisition of commercial property in the industrial, office and retail sectors. Harvey’s other primary responsibilities comprise advice to both corporate and private clients on the Commercial Property Market in the region, as well as providing his wealth of experience assisting with occupier specific requirements.
His reliable knowledge, experience, attention for detail; coupled with his straight-forward approach is well respected by both clients and occupiers alike.
Outside of the workplace, Harvey is an avid gaming enthusiast, supports and watches every game of his favourite football team Middlesbrough and also has an interest in Military History, having toured many battlefields across Europe and the Eastern Front.
