Sale of strategic 76 acre site in Bicester, Oxfordshire

Graven Hill Village Development Company (GHVDC) has sold a circa 76-acre employment site to a US-based real estate developer. White Commercial Surveyors M40 Office and Knight Frank London supported and advised GHDC in the sale.

Graven Hill is the UK’s largest self and custom build residential development, situated close to the Bicester Village Designer Outlet in Oxfordshire. White Commercial advised GHDC on the purchase of the circa 600-acre commercial and residential development site from the Ministry of Defence in 2013.

The 76-acre commercial development, which will support more than 1,000 new jobs, has outline planning permission for over 1.1 million sq ft of storage and distribution space. Bicester is experiencing significant Commercial and residential growth and investment with its population expected to grow from 30,000 to over 50,000 in the next 6 years.

White Commercial Surveyors continue to provide commercial property advice on all of the commercial space to include further retail facilities. a care-home site and a site available for a pub restaurant at the front of the development.
