Commercial Units

All of the commercial units follow a common build system with a 350mm deep reinforced concrete with timer frames. Front, street facing infill construction are to be installed by the ingoing tenants, in accordance with the specification provided. Rear, courtyard facing external walls with access doors are constructed by the developer. Shopfront fasciae’s and signage to be installed by the tenants, to comply with the design guidelines and constraints set out by the developer. Suspended ceilings, lighting, heating and ventilation to be installed by the ingoing tenant in accordance with the M&E design requirements. Each unit will be fitted with eternal lighting, cold water supply, plumbing and drainage and metered electrical connections.
