WHITE COMMERCIAL ARE PARTNERING OxLEP TO DRIVE OXFORDSHIRE’S ECONOMIC POTENTIAL
White Commercial Surveyors are working in partnership with the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership inward investment service (OxLEP) https://www.oxfordshirelep.com/business/invest-oxfordshire which provides tailored assistance to help businesses from across the globe to locate and grow within Oxfordshire, in OxLEP’s role to champion Oxfordshire’s economic potential, driving a dynamic sustainable and growing economy.
White Commercial’s renowned and recognised inward investment expertise within the district is assisting OxLEP in the growth and location of businesses to the region, with parties keen to develop an inward investment/internationalisation strategy for Oxfordshire in partnership with the wider commercial property sector that recognises the collective strengths of each in securing new company investment and relocation/expansion to Oxfordshire – particularly areas such as Bicester and Banbury where White Commercial have an established track record of securing investment.
Since its launch in March 2011, OxLEP have secured in excess of £450m worth of central government funds for the Oxfordshire economy and supported the creation of around 40,000 new jobs in the region over the past 5 years. Together, White Commercial & OxLEP have also developed a greater understanding of available industrial, office, commercial sites and buildings which are available in north Oxfordshire and which could be used to potentially attract national, international and regionally based businesses.
