Oxfordshire’s ‘Varney’s Garage’ Site Sold for Residential Development

‘Varneys Garage’, is a 0.89 acre garage site situated in Hornton, close to the National Trusts Upton House, 7 miles to the west of Banbury and just 10 miles from J12 of the M40 London to Birmingham Motorway has been sold for residential development.  The site, comprising two industrial units and a self-contained yard has historically been used for the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, as well as a scrap yard.

White Commercial Surveyors www.whitecommercial.co.uk received substantial interest and a number of financial proposals for the site from potential occupiers and developers, with the site selling well in excess of the quoting level of £600,000.

R J R Freeman Homes Ltd, a local property development company has purchased the site.
