THE RSPCA CONTINUE THEIR MISSION TO HELP ANIMALS WITH NEW PREMISES IN YAXLEY

The Peterborough & District Branch of the RSPCA www.rspca-peterborough.org.uk have taken over unit 7 of the Broadway Shopping Centre at Yaxley near Peterborough. The RSPCA are the largest animal welfare charity in the UK and in 2017 alone they rescued and collected over 114,000 animals.

Unit 7 forms part of The Broadway Shopping Centre which is a multi-tenanted retail and residential scheme comprising 18 fully let retail units, 9 flats and 144 car parking spaces. White Commercial Surveyors are also instructed to sell the whole shopping centre on behalf of the landlords.

Paul Markley, Branch Manager for RSPCA Yaxley, comments “We are delighted to be part of the community at Yaxley and want to thank all the local people for their support and kind donations to the shop. All monies raised at the shop go directly to saving local animals”.

Chris White, Managing Director of White Commercial Surveyors, says “Having managed the site for the landlords for close to 10 years, we experience a good level of demand
for retail units in this scheme, and had 3 seriously interested parties for this particular unit.”
